SHIPPING INFORMATION
Normal shipping method is UPS Ground. UPS requires a full street address for delivery. Other shipping methods are available upon request.

All logos or copies received for use in producing products must be in compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent, or related laws or acts and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
All orders, once entered, are subject to a cancellation or modify charge. The minimum cancellation or modify charge is $75.00. The actual charges are based on the status of the order in the production process when canceled or modified.

RETURN GOODS POLICY
Merchandise may not be returned without written authorization. All return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Legal Disputes
In the event that a legal dispute arises, it is agreed that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such a dispute is Seminole County, Florida, USA.
